I love a good smoothie. I'm particularly fond of green smoothies (spinach, banana, blueberries, etc) but if I'm feeling slightly naughty and there is some peanut butter in the house; then you know damn well I'll be getting out the blender and making this bad boy...
You Will Need;
1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter - smooth or crunchy, it's all getting blended anyway.
300ml Almond Milk - you can use your normal milk, but almond milk is delicious!
2 Tablespoons Rolled Oats.
Blend that gorgeousness all together! Because of the oats it makes it super filling, so you'll be fuller for longer. If you're not fond of peanut butter you can always add a little Nutella, and if you're feeling SUPER naughty - add a drizzle of some sort of syrup (caramel would work amazingly well!)
