NARS | NARSissist Eye Palette

I don't and didn't need a new neutral palette, but it doesn't mean I didn't positively swoon when I saw the pictures for the new NARSissist palettes - both cheek and eye variations set my beauty-heart a flutter but in the end, it was always going to be the fifteen beautiful shades of heaven in an eye palette, wasn't it?

If you're struggling to get hold of one at the moment - keep an eye on the NARS website itself - on the What's New page and the Artists Palette page. Not to mention the cheek palette is currently available for pre-order on Space NK so perhaps nearer to February 1st keep an eye out there too. *EDIT; I've seen a few online now - best deal by far is from John Lewis.

As to be expected with NARS eye shadows, the quality is superb; they last well throughout the day (especially with a primer,) and blend seamlessly. There's a nice mix of matte and shimmer shades to see you through any kind of event - whether day or night. My favourites have to be Lhasa and Ashes to Ashes, but all of these shades are incredibly wearable I think for all skin tones.

L to R; All About Eve, Madrague #1, Bellissima #1, Madrague #2.
L to R; Nepal, Lhasa, Fez, Ashes to Ashes.
L to R; Bad Behaviour, Bali, Brousse #2, Dogon #2.
L to R; Coconut Grove, Mekong, Pandora #2.

All in all; I'm so pleased I made the choice to pick this palette up, at £55 it's not the cheapest - but the quality, wearable shades speak for themselves. Definitely something I wouldn't have a problem investing in again.

Have you tried the NARS NARSissist Palette?

Peace!
