You might remember I did a little brand lovin' a while ago (here,) but there was one particular brand I wanted to give some attention and that's No7.
In the vast amount of choice we have in the high street/drugstore brands, it can be hard to know where to start. I'll only be touching on make up; but I'll just say that I adore the No7 Cleansing balm, Hot Cloth Cleanser, Soft & Soothed Toner... The list is endless on that front!
The Stay Perfect Eyeshadows have always been a firm favourite, all are long lasting with very little creasing (I always use a primer too,) and feel buttery soft - and are also a dream to blend out. My favourites of the bunch are Truffle and Sheer brown - beautiful together but equally as lovely on their own.
Another favourite for the eyes is their mascara - my pick of the bunch is the Extravagant Volume, one that I always go back to. However another great one for everyday natural "your lashes but better," mascara is their Fanomenal Lashes.
I've spoken about my favourite foundation (ever!) a lot; the Essentially Natural foundation (Cool Vanilla,) is the perfect light yet hydrating foundation for everyday wear, I never feel like I have anything on with this and just provides the right amount of not quite dewy, not quite satin finish. Perfect.
For tips and toes the nail varnish (pictured above, Tangy) range isn't bad; although I would like to see more shades added (and their special editions that they bring out are usually gorgeous!) however they last a good while, are opaque in two coats. They also have a reasonably new gel polish range, plus their base coat & top coat lines are very good too!
Last but not least; one of my favourite lipsticks for this time of year. The Stay Perfect Lipstick in Classic Rose is a perfect berry toned pink with a semi-satin finish, opaque in one swipe (although blended out for a subtle look is also amazing on,) and feels heavenly on - very hydrating yet it stays put for a good few hours before you need to reapply.
