September Favourites

Given that I spent the first half of the month on holiday, it seems fitting that all of my favourites are what I took with me...
The Ghost Eclipse perfume has to be one of my favourite buys of the year - a big statement, I know. It just is the most perfect evening fragrance, sultry and feminine this is a floral and fruity fragrance that is balanced by the base notes of amber and musk, although those who don't like musk needn't worry, it's just the tiniest hint.

I was hoping the two SPF I picked up from the Bioderma Photoderm Bronz range was going to tick all boxes for me. What I need from an SPF is relatively simple - light enough to not be tacky and irritating in the heat, suitable for sensitive skin and of course, protect my skin. These ticked all boxes, I didn't burn and I actually got a little tan (unheard of for me,) and there was no irritation on my sensitive skin. The Fluid is perfect for the face, light - I still haven't tested this under makeup because I didn't wear any during the day. The high protection spray is a lightweight cream spray, soothing and hydrating for overheated skin.

Last but not least, an oldie but a goody. The Toni & Guy Sea Salt Spray was the only thing that kept my hair looking mildly good - the humidity made my hair look a little too fluffy for my liking, enter this spray. Sprayed onto damp hair and plaited - by the time I went out for the evening my hair was tousled and had more texture - a more pleasing beachy matte vibe.

Sophie.
