October Favourites

A short and sweet one for this months favourites...
The L'Occitane Vanilla Bouquet Hand Cream was a magazine freebie from one of my usual reads and whilst I have a tonne of hand creams lying around, the scent on this one is to die for. Not to mention the L'Occitane hand creams have really great moisturising yet absorb well formulas.

Something else I haven't been able to keep off my hands, the Essie Winter 2014 collection, namely in the shades 'Jiggle Hi, Jiggle Low' (gold,) and 'Double Breasted Jacket,' (pink.) The formulation is standard for Essie polishes, four-five days before chips occur but the colours are just gorgeous for this time of year.

I've never tried any sleep aids before (apart from a few scented candles to aid with relaxation,) but I'm changing my mind pretty swiftly thanks to the Tisserand Sweet Dreams Aromatherapy Roller Ball. I've been having problems sleeping for years, but even more so with my back being band. This helps me to relax and the smell of lavender, ylang ylang and bergamot puts me in a sleeping frame of mind.

What are your favourites this month?

Sophie.
