No7 Essentially Natural Foundation

Given that I've mentioned this foundation countless times  (maybe just a couple of blog posts) without giving it it's own review, I thought it was high time I did. Probably one of my  favourite  foundations out there and bought on a whim; the No7 Essentially Natural Foundation

A little bit more coverage than a tinted moisturiser or BB cream, this is a light to medium foundation that I find pretty easy to build up without it becoming patchy or cakey but likewise can be applied quite sheer if you're having a good skin day. It blends well with fingers, sponge and buffing brush and doesn't feel like a mask of make up at all, I've had to stop myself countless times from stroking my face because it is so darn smooth once applied. I've occasionally used powder on top of this, but it didn't really need it with my skin type.

It says it's for normal skin types and I suppose it would work well on all types; oily skinned folk may need some powder or setting spray to make it last longer but as more of a dry skinned type - I found that it didn't cling to any dry patches at all - so it's definitely worth a test out next time you're in Boots.

I have to say it; this is one of my favourite foundations ever. It's even under a tenner too.

Have you tried the Essentially Natural Foundation?

Peace!

    1. I agree - I hate the feeling of full coverage foundations. :)
